There are many ways to learn about sexual health, relationship styles, sexual identity, relationship skills, sexual activities, etc. and also many ways learning can be delivered. Therapy is a fantastic way to explore many subjects, but self study is important and can be done at any time. I will post and continue to add various resources here.
There are many styles of learning and each person has one or two that works the best for them. An audio learner may benefit from a book on tape or podcast. While a hands-on learner may prefer to attend a class or workshop, either in person or online. The resources I post are ones that I have looked over or I have meet the person putting it together.
From books to classes and from toy shops to free resources, I trust that the resources I post will be helpful to many, but not everyone. Find the authors that talk to you, the classes that have the instructors that you like, listen to the podcasts that speak to you, or whatever resources works for you.
I have sometimes been told that I am am giving away business by pointing out various resources, but I am in the business of helping people. Therapy is fantastic, yet it is a expensive and not everyone is comfortable with therapy. It is important to me that no matter how someone finds help, they find help. I am happy to lose business so that someone will be able to find something that works for them.
